Venture Partner for the Nordics
Tonje recently founded ØRN Advisory, where she works on venture ecosystem development and fundraising initiatives to increase international investment into the Nordic region.
Prior to this, Tonje spent 4.5 years leading tech investments and investor relations at the City of Oslo’s business development agency. Tonje worked closely with Nordic and global investors to strengthen Oslo’s and Norway’s position in the international investment landscape, including developing investment insights and tracking venture capital trends across the Nordics.
Tonje is actively engaged in the Nordic investment ecosystem as an LP in Nordic Web Ventures, through startup mentorship, and as a member of Women in Climate Tech. She is also an alumna of the European Supernova Business Angel Academy (2024).
