Sophia began her career as a graduate in data analytics at Morgan Stanley, before transitioning into thematic derivatives trading. Her analytical background lent itself to her role as a Founders Associate at a climate-tech startup, where she assisted in scaling the company in London, helping to raise a $3 million seed round.

As an ex-operator, she made the move across to VC as a visiting investment analyst at Antler before landing her role at Ada. At Ada, Sophia is a Founders Associate to Check Warner, focusing primarily on fundraising, investor relations, community management and events.
